About JA Jamaica
President: Alphie Simone Mullings-Aiken
JA Jamaica is a charity and a member organization of Junior Achievement Worldwide. During the 2008/9 school year, Junior Achievement was taught as William Knibb Mermorial High School in Trelawny. In 2009, eight Kingston high schools are being identified to experience great business engagement as students learn.
Students who participate in Junior Achievement programs demonstrate a significant understanding of economics and business concepts, particularly those who participate in programs at consecutive grade levels, according to independent evaluators.
